Everything is made to order, this means it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Generally everything gets printed and goes out within a week.
Shipping fulfillment is through Stallion Express - Canada Post/UPS/USPS/APC generally. Delivery time within North America is usually 1-2 weeks, overseas anywhere from 2-3 weeks after shipping notification is received. We're located in Victoria, B.C. so we have to ship everything weekly to the Stallion warehouse in Richmond, B.C.
Parcels go out once a week, it takes anywhere from 2-4 business days for the tracking to go live at the warehouse. This means from the time the shipping notification is received, there are a few additional business days before it's actually in transit. If your shirt doesn't show up after 30 days from your shipped notification, email or text us.
If there is an issue with tracking, the parcel seems to be in limbo or it's undeliverable please reach out to your local post office before contacting us. 9/10 this is due to an unforeseen duty or collection needing to be paid or there is an issue with the accesibilty of the residence.

Undeliverable packages, lost parcels or ignored duties will not be replaced or reimbursed - we send everything out within our garaunteed timeframe and we claim all packages as $5. We send everything out to the address exactly as the customer has entered it on our payment form, as well as email's and phone numbers for the courier to use for direct contact.
We do not reimburse or replace "wrong size" orders unless we have by some chance sent you a size other than what was selceted. Sizing is north american standard and the shirts we print on are the most universal in sizing for this region.
Ink colour and print discrepancies such as tape off or spot printing by special request in custom orders also will not be replaced or refunded. Eveything is made to order and each custom job is unique - we never send out anything we wouldnt wear ourselves. If your unhappy with the colour or have an issue with the print you are welcome to email us, we read everything but only reply to what is within fair reason.
